We offer store credit or replacement items for damaged or missing items. If you simply do not like an item, you can mail it back to us provided that it met the conditions of Return Policy. You will receive a store credit upon receipt and after inspection. Please keep in mind that shipping fees and payment processor fees are non-refundable.

If you feel the item was not as described or is damaged, please send a photo showing the concern within 3 days of delivery so that a new item can be sent in its place. Failure to escalate the issue within the specified time frame does not guarantee to have a replacement. Escalations done after 3 days should be accompanied with a notice from the post office that the package was received damaged upon delivery or should you be away from home during delivery and unable to check the item within 3 days, please notify us via email prior.

Items that are to be exchanged or sent back must be sent back in good condition, not washed or worn - tags should be intact and preferably in an unopened package. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return or exchange for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (name and order #). You must also have received your package, if goods are not yet received they cannot be returned - please wait up to 90 days for an item (most arrive in 10-20 business days). 

Please note that our return policy only lasts 30 calendar days upon delivery. A return request must be emailed to our email support at along with your reason for the return and your order number.


STORE CREDIT (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange.

If you are approved, then your credit will be processed and you will be emailed the coupon or gift code or mailed the new item.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace or offer store credit for items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Gifts are final sales. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Moreover, keep in mind that we only accept returns within 30 days upon delivery, thus any returns received that do not meet this condition won't be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Shipping times very by item. We ship designer direct to lower our carbon footprint and better serve Mother Nature. Therefore, depending on where the designer/supplier is located determines your shipping time. We have designers in the USA, UK, & Storing in Overseas International Distribution Chains. For example - If you live in the USA and order a USA item, shipping is about 4 days - if you live in the UK and order a USA item, it will take longer. Please note that international shipping times can vary widely, and orders can take up to 25 business days to be delivered. We thank you in advance for your patience, and feel free to give us a shout if you have any questions.

If for some reason, your order still hasn't been delivered after 50 days since the time of the ship out date (which is very rare) - please contact us at with your order number and we'll be most happy to track it for you. Alternatively, you may check the package with your post office with your tracking number.
