Returns- Customer service is a huge priority for me, so much so, that I hired an assistant to make sure you are all taken care of! ...so please do not hesitate to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer refunds, all sales are final. This is a small family business, not a department store, we don't have reserves.
I DO offer store credit or replacement items for damaged or missing items, however, the burden of proof lays upon you. If you simply do not like an item - I may offer the option for you to pay to mail it back to me and I will give you store credit upon receipt - less the shipping and handling both ways and the 10% donation. This is on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.
If you feel the item was not as described or is damaged, please send a photo so that a new item can be sent in its place. Items that are to be exchanged or sent back must be sent back in good condition, not washed or worn - preferably with tags or in an unopened package.

To complete your return or exchange for store credit, I require a receipt or proof of purchase (name and order #). You must also have received your package, if goods are not yet received they cannot be returned - please wait up to 90 days for an item (most arrive in 10-20 business days).
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed and you will be emailed the coupon or gift code or mailed the new item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace or offer store credit for items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
