Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! All orders can be shipped anywhere in the world.

How do I become a brand ambassador?

Check out our brand ambassador page here. Next, you can email us at info@mindfulbohemianshop.com for a unique referral link. Share the referral link with your friends, and you will receive 10% cashback on all orders placed through your unique link. Questions? Contact us!

When will my order ship?

Shipping times to the United States is about seven to 20 business days. Please note that international shipping times can vary widely, and orders can take up to 25 to 45 business days to be delivered. We thank you in advance for your patience, and feel free to give us a shout if you have any questions.

Where are my items shipping from, and why does it take so long?

All of the items available on Mindful Bohemian are made and shipped by various suppliers all over the world, including those located throughout Asia, South America, and Europe. We are proud to be able to offer such a diverse collection, and we believe that the slower shipping times are a worthy tradeoff for the quality and authenticity of the items you get in return.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your items ship, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number. You can also go to Track My Order to follow the progress of your order. Can’t find the tracking number? Contact us — we’re happy to help you out!

My package is missing. What should I do?

If you have not received your order within the typical seven to 20 business day timeframe, first check with your carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), neighbors, family, and friends to ensure that no one else mistakenly picked up the package. Still can’t find it? Contact us and we’ll take care of it!

What should I do if the item I bought is broken?

All orders should arrive intact in mint condition. In the unlikely event that your order is defective, send us an email with your receipt and a photo of the broken item in its original packaging, and we’ll send you a replacement product or store credit.

How do I return something?

All Mindful Bohemian orders are final. However, if your order was incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us. We will either send you a replacement or issue store credit for the original amount.

I ordered several items, but only one showed up in the package. What’s going on?

The products we sell are shipped from a number of different suppliers located all over the world, so it’s not unusual for products to be shipped in separate packages. If you still have not received your entire order after 20 business days, feel free to contact us — we would be happy to look into it.
